Our client is a leading retailer. This is a new role working in their Head Office within their Customer and Marketing team. You will play a key role in helping to identify, create and deliver new customer propositions. Role It’s a key new role in their business and one which is designed to support the development of our client’s proposition pipeline. Working collaboratively across their business, you will help to lead the development of new proposals with supporting rationale. You’ll identify and refine the opportunity, explore powerful customer insights and build the business case. You’ll help to bring these propositions to life, shaping their offer and the associated experiences. Working with broader marketing teams, you’ll help to ensure that propositions are converted into effective customer propositions. Knowledge, skills and experience Naturally we’d like you to have experience of developing, launching and maintaining differentiated customer propositions that have performed strongly. We are especially interested if these new service propositions have been in the following sectors; travel, retail, telco, hospitality & leisure or financial services. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of how to use customer and marketing insight to create compelling proposition You’ll be highly numerate, able to quickly evaluate concepts financially and assess their likely profitability. You’ll have the ability to create a compelling vision and strategy and explain how these propositions will lead the market. You’ll be a strong team player, good at building relationships and working cross functionally. We are especially interested in candidates from strategy lead consultancies with an innovation and proposition development background. Equally we are open to candidates from similar client side roles. We expect candidates to have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
