I am currently seeking a Proposals Coordinator/Manager for one of London’s leading contractors within the cut and carve, refurbishment, new build and prime fit out sectors. The business has established a turnover of circa £120m with an average project being between £3m - £8m.



They are looking for someone to manage the end-to-end tendering processes including developing win strategies for key tenders and developing the tender and PQQ documents to stand out amongst the companies’ competitors.



You will work within a team of 12 and closely with the board covering multiple bids on a variety of projects from High End Residential, Commercial Fit Out, Healthcare to Education. This is a hybird role and will require you you be in the office 3 days a week. 



Reporting To: Senior Proposals Manager & Head of Strategic Sales & Marketing



Based: Central London



Roles and Responsibilities:




  • Identify and assign all tender and/or PQQ deliverables.

  • Set win strategies with the team for each tender and adapt as necessary during the course of the tender period.

  • Ensure client Design Team is met by Bid Team

  • Full document control of bid documentation

  • Ensure tender information has been printed and distributed to team.

  • Responsible for allocation of work to the Proposals Design team and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Review tender submission documents and look at innovative ways to improve submissions.

  • Obtain feedback on all tender and PQQ submissions.

  • Manage bid collateral and ensure information is being updated.

  • Manage tender portals and filter any opportunities to the Divisional Directors

  • Ensure launch and adjudication meetings have been setup for every tender.

  • Ensure CRM opportunities information is always kept up to date.

  • Manage risk and opportunities on all tenders via liaising with the tender team.

  • Attend weekly Sales Meeting and take note of updates and comments.

  • Create bid content where necessary – utilising expertise of colleagues.
