Proposals Manager

I am working with a fast growing, young dynamic building contractor near Newbury who have a requirement for a Proposals Manager to join their team.

They work on a range of single stage, framework and negotiated schemes in the residential, education, care and local authority marketplaces and are on a range of regional frameworks working on schemes ranging from �1 to �10 million.

The role is to work with the bid management team on producing the best quality bid possible each and every time and you will be involved in assessment of each bid, evaluating what needs to be produced, planning and managing key deadlines, designing and producing company specs, briefs and supporting literature, writing content and producing cv's and dealing with schemes and customer enquiries from PQQ and initial contact through to contract award.

This is an amazing opportunity to set up and implement your own ideas as the business grows and be able to design the best model to deal with marketing, bid and proposals management.

Ideally you will be working within the construction industry and have experience of working on bids for framework and single stage opportunities, be fully conversant with Microsoft packages and In-Design.
