Proposals Coordinator

Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a Main contractor based in Reading, the business are looking for a Proposals Coordinator.

The business has grown into one of the largest and most successful privately owned construction and development groups in the UK as a result of our commitment to client satisfaction.

They specialise in construction projects in London and the South East, predominately. The business are ideally seeking an individual who can demonstrate a stable employment track record and someone who has worked in the construction sector previously.
This role will be reporting into the Pre Construction Director and work within the work-winning team.

The Proposals Coordinator will contribute to our client's sustained business growth through the management of bid submissions and proposals from initial enquiry to tender submission for projects from �5m to �50m plus. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign software would be beneficial for this role but is not essential, the Proposals Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing high quality bids from ITT stage throughout to handover to the Pre Construction Director and delivery teams.
