Job Description As our Proposals Product Specialist you will co-ordinate, create and deliver responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and other client-related requests, with a focus on private markets, to support LGIM’s commercial objectives. You will need:Technical Private Market knowledgeCreativity and intellectual curiosityA deep understanding of financial markets, investment themes and productsThis is a brand new role, so a fantastic opportunity to bring your technical expertise to build out and define the function.What you will be doing:Developing and producing best-in-class content in order to provide responses to questions from clients and prospects about LGIM’s private markets capability ·-Managing a pipeline for private markets RFP, RFI and DDQ activity to meet LGIM’s commercial objectives, prioritising accordingly.-Tracking performance of proposals activity, with a view to learn from each submission and constantly improve outputPartnering with stakeholders in our private markets business, with a focus on Investments and Distribution, in order to deliver and prioritise proposals activity ·-Strengthening these relationships in order to stay abreast of firm and industry developments-Functioning as the team’s expert on our private markets capability, providing technical support on related productsCollaborating with colleagues in the broader Marketing team and Chief of Staff function to ensure our private markets messaging is both consistent and compelling ·-Ensuring the Qvidian library of proposal content remains stocked with up-to-date private markets material ·-Working with colleagues elsewhere in the business to ensure the data we use in proposals content is consistent, credible and meet our clients’ requirementsSupporting the broader Proposals Content function on other ad hoc enterprise-wide activity · Adhering to the highest editorial standards ·Guiding and training junior team members, where necessaryPartnering with colleagues across the Marketing team to generate good client and business outcomes.-Contributing to a kind, collaborative and inclusive workplace cultureEnsuring compliance with all Consumer Duty accountabilities, including the responsibility to produce and maintain clear, fair, and non-misleading marketing collateral and client-facing material-Ensuring that divisional standards are upheld, and any concerns are promptly escalated to senior management for appropriate actionDemonstrating a great risk and conduct culture to support customer and client outcomes, as well as appropriately manage business risk, escalating when appropriate Qualifications Who we're looking for:Educated to degree standard (essential); already holds or is willing to work towards Investment Management Certificate (IMC), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and certificationsKnowledge: Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications Deep understanding of investments in general and private markets in particularExperience at an asset manager preferable.
