Proposal Manager I

A prominent construction company based in London is seeking an experienced Proposals Manager to join its Head Office team on a permanent basis. This role involves overseeing tender processes for civil engineering infrastructure projects and ideally would like someone from an M&E background.
Collaborating with planners to detail project plans as per client specifications.
Coordinating with subcontractors for technical data and supporting estimators in pricing.
Drafting risk management documentation for projects/services to be provided.
Demonstrated success in leading tenders for construction/civil engineering projects.
