The role - Proposals Development Manager
This is a varied role supporting multiple internal and external stakeholders in the provision of high-value strategic bids and proposals in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
You will have a dynamic, methodical and challenging role, your duties and responsibilities including;
Own and manage a varied pipeline of high-value strategic proposals, ensuring that the pipeline effectively reflects organisational strategy
Proactively monitor and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) across all stakeholder groups
Produce customised responses to RFPs based on information gathered from subject matter experts and in partnership with key staff members
Production of professionally written, concise, clear and accurate bids and proposals to meet individual proposal timescales
Work directly with colleagues within the Business Development function and all internal stakeholder groups to provide overall strategic guidance within and undertake bids and proposals development and submission
