London based - 3 days a week in office 2 days at home
Our clients are seeking to hire a Property Underwriter to work on theirmonoline Property producttargeting medium to large corporate clients in London placed primarily through the Internationalbrokers. These can be on a lead/ follow, 100% Primary or Excess basis.
The role underwrites a broad range of complex risks in a Property book of business.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Prior experience of underwriting within Property.
- Knowledge of the Property market and products.
- Prior experience of working on high premium national accounts.
- Knowledge of underwriting and insurance industry theories and practices.
- Developing technical expertise and negotiation skills.
