Location - South Derbyshire

Temporary ongoing Contract

Full time, 37.5 Hours Per Week

Rate - �22 - �25 per hour

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Finishing Foreman to join an established company in the South Derbyshire region

Main duties and responsibilities for the Property Surveyor:

• Management of Void Contractors work
• Surveying properties and preparing schedules of work from the NHF SORs.
• Resolving meters in debit for void properties
• Surveying garages for works to be undertaken from basic lock changes to demolishment.
• Damp assessments
• Health and safety property assessments
• Structural property assessment to understand if a structural report should be raised
• Assessing repairs against minimum standards

Essential Experience of the Property Surveyor:

• Previously worked within social housing (Preferred)
