The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a housing association, who are looking for a Property Services Manager based in Cornwall.

Our client a local housing provider in Cornwall, are looking for a Property Services Manager to join the team, overseeing their compliance & heating services.

Day to Day:


  •      Overall responsibility of compliance and Heating services of property stock
  •      Day to day management of staff teams, and Supervisor
  •      Monitor and maintain KPIs
  •      Ensure quality of service is delivered
  •      Management of contracts and agreements within department
  •      Responsible for maintaining company accreditations inline with compliance regulations
  •      Advise, create and maintain company procedures
  •      Budget control and monitoring, setting annually

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):


  •      Foundation degree or qualified to level 5
  •      Previous Senior Management experience  
  •      Excellent knowledge of H&S
  •      Excellent knowledge of Plumbing, electrical and
  •      Strong plumbing, energy technical background
  •      Excellent customer service skills
  •      Must be IT literate
