We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Sales Consultant to join the Sales department of a growing Estate agency with an excellent reputation across Birmingham.



Joining this developing company as a Property Sales Consultant, you will be tasked with maintaining a pipeline of residential and new homes to add to their expansive portfolio, working as a key member of the dedicated Sales team. Building strong working relationships, you will handle all initial enquiries and leads into the office, logging and tracking all information before working to market new listings, ensuring they are promptly valued and advertised. As an ambassador for the company, you will have a confident approach when speaking with clients and key internal and external stakeholders, always working to build on the excellent reputation the business has for providing the best customer service.



With a creative approach to developing new business, you will utilise various marketing channels to ensure that all properties in the portfolio are shown to their best advantage, supporting the wider team to arrange viewings and also conducting viewings when needed. You will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process and be confident negotiating sales contracts, always keeping an eye on the overall sales pipeline. Using your excellent administrative skills, you will update all internal databases regularly, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date at all times.



Target driven, keen to excel, with bags of enthusiasm and initiative, you will be eager to embrace challenge, be pro-active and ready to hit the ground running in a varied and interesting opportunity that will also provide the chance to become involved in any array of exciting new development projects.



Previous experience of working within an estate agent or the wider property sector will be crucial, as will a background in marketing or sales. You will be confident speaking with clients in a professional manner and have strong communication skills to develop long-term relationships with external stakeholders as well as all internal team members. Naturally, you will have excellent IT skills, a professional telephone manner and be able to multi-task whilst working across numerous projects.
