Our client describes themselves as a modern, ambitious, and dynamic Law Firm specialising in various areas of law, including conveyancing, family, criminal, civil litigation, private client, commercial property, and corporate law. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Property Paralegal / Law Graduate to join their Truro office. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting a fee earner, managing administrative tasks, and being one of the first points of face-to-face contact for clients seeking legal help and advice.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks, including diary management, filing, printing, scanning, binding, and photocopying.
Draft legal documents.
Correspond with clients through emails, telephone calls, and face-to-face interactions in the office.
Conduct legal research.
Assist and shadow solicitors in their duties.
Manage your own caseload and maintain accurate files following office procedures.
Confirm instructions and advice to clients in writing.
