You know what it takes, however:
Responsible for overseeing the daily management of properties
Liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords
Arranging repairs and maintenance
Organising property inspections and inventory checks
Ensure all properties are compliant with safety regulations and managed within the budget
Package
Circa £35k - £40k
Mon - Fri
30 days plus bank holidays
Industry recognised qualifications e.g ARLA
