An exciting role has opened up for a detail-oriented and efficient Property Manager to join a reputable independent lettings agency in�Cheltenham.
Our clients, known for their close-knit team, are seeking a Property Manager to handle various responsibilities, including viewings, processing lets, property management, and lettings administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting mid-term inspections
Organising and carrying out check-outs and inventories
Handling deposit disputes
Serving section notices when necessary
Assisting landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals
Managing tenancy paperwork
Ensuring properties meet compliance standards, including EICRs, gas safety, and EPC certifications
Coordinating with contractors, obtaining quotes, issuing work orders, and managing invoices
Overseeing scheduled repairs and handling reactive maintenance
Performing general property management duties
Conducting property viewings
Progressing lets through the necessary stages

Required Experience:

Essential experience in lettings or property management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT skills
Valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
