Our client are a specialist independent lettings company based in Loughton and South Woodford. They are looking for an organised Property Manager for their busy office in South Woodford. The company have become synonymous with the highest standards in the lettings and care of rented properties. They are fully bonded members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a new challenge? The ideal candidate must have 1+ year's property manger experience. You must be up to date with current legislation, with strong customer service skills. The Property Manager is a vital link with the Lettings team, essential to the continued success and growth of the portfolio, ensuring tenancies are sustained and properties maintained. This role will not include property inspections so you will not need a driving licence or car. Salary package and benefits of this Property Manager role include: Basic £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Mon-Fri 8.45 am to 5pm 1 in 3 Saturdays working from home covering phone line

Registering applicants
Booking viewings
Discussing property details
Arrange maintenance quotes and repairs
Checking on rent payments
Negotiating tenancy renewals
Book end of tenancy checkouts
Essential skills for this Property Manager role include: Must have previous 1 year's + Property Management experience
Be up to date with all current legislation
