Property Manager

We specialise in block and estate management and we are currently seeking a full time Property Manager to work with our long standing Accounts and Property Management Team.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
Duties include: Responsibility for a property portfolio of South-East residential blocks, development inspections, dealing with planned and reactive maintenance issues, liaising with and instructing contractors regarding works required, quotes etc. , ensuring properties meet health & safety standards and arranging risk assessments, preparation of service charge budgets, dealing with leaseholder queries and continuing ongoing strong relationships, coordinating major works.
We are office based so the successful candidate will live within commuting distance of Marden. A full driving license and own vehicle is essential.
The successful candidate can expect a salary commensurate with their qualifications and experience.
