Property Manager

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a market leading Essex based estate agency who are looking for an experienced Property Manager, to manage a portfolio of Residential properties located across the Essex region.
Duties:

• Dealing with Maintenence
• Renewels
• Safety certificates
• Deposit deductions
• Regular and clear communication with clients
• Dealing with a Portfolio

Salary is £26,000 - £28,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
1 Year Plus Experience
