Property Manager
Are you an experienced property management professional with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills? We're currently seeking a talented Property Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, leaseholders, freeholders, and board of directors, ensuring effective communication and management of expectations.
Handle day-to-day property maintenance issues reported by leaseholders and residents, liaising with contractors as necessary.
Conduct regular site inspections and compile detailed site reports.
Obtain quotes for maintenance works and source reliable contractors, overseeing invoicing procedures.
Manage the progress of maintenance issues, ensuring timely completion and satisfactory resolution.
Organise and participate in annual general meetings as required.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including conducting fire risk assessments.
Issue Section 20 Notices and collaborate with Chartered Surveyors for major projects.
Coordinate with insurance brokers for policy renewals and manage insurance-related tasks.
Oversee the collection of service charges and ground rent, preparing annual budgets and demand letters.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in block property management.
Possession of a full UK driving license, as travelling to different sites will be required.
Strong communication skills and a pro active approach is vital to this role.
