Role Overview:
We're looking for an adaptable and forward-thinking Property Manager who possesses a comprehensive understanding of legislation and regulations within the property management sector. You'll collaborate closely with the Developers own estate agents and Site Managers across various locations throughout the UK to ensure seamless transitions and impeccable property solutions and maintenance.

As the Property Manager you will be:

• Managing communal areas and overseeing contractors to ensure efficient service delivery within budget constraints.
• Handling administrative tasks such as budget preparation and project management of major works programs.
• Knowledge of section 21, 20, 48 and being more than happy to travel for inspections.
• Liaising with contractors, surveyors, and Residents Management Companies to facilitate smooth operations and compliance.
• Addressing tenant-related issues and acting as a representative for the landlord.
• Managing insurance claims and ensuring properties are adequately insured and maintained.
• Conducting routine site inspections and implementing risk reduction measures.
• Staying abreast of legislative changes and adapting work practices accordingly.
• Collaborating across the group of companies to provide comprehensive management solutions to clients.
• Ensuring all properties have a valid Gas Safety, EIC/EICR, PAT and Licenses.
• Proven knowledge and experience of managing service partner performance levels through KPI's / SLA's(e.g. M&E, security and cleaning).
  

Qualifications the Property Manager should hold:

• Proven experience in property management, with a strong grasp of relevant legislation and regulations especially with regard to Health, Safety and Environment.
• IWFM Membership (Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management), IOSH, NEBOSH.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
