Property Manager – Retail
Central London base with ongoing flexible working
Salary up to £55,000 plus bonus & benefits
The Business
The role of Property Manager is working as part of a larger Commercial Property team for a UK-wide Real Estate business. This consultancy is a well-run, career-orientated, organisation who have a strong track record developing individuals. The portfolio is mainly retail-focused managing large shopping centres and retail parks.
The Role
Working alongside a qualified Surveyor you will report to the Retail Director and support a wide variety of client-focused activities. The role is a diverse and challenging position with some key responsibilities listed below:
Support the day-to-day management of a specific retail portfolio with extensive interaction with clients and agents.
Overview of tenancy renewals, rent reviews, letting and refurbishment/maintenance.
Monitor long-term budget projections, capital expenditure and ongoing property acquisitions.
Maintain client relationships whilst monitoring performance and addressing any issues related to the team.
The Successful Candidate
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager who wants to develop their career in a successful team. The ideal candidate will be either studying toward or already have a professional qualification and have previous experience working with retail portfolios.
