You'll play a crucial role in providing efficient and professional management services to a diverse portfolio of residential developments. From liaising with clients and contractors to ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, your contributions will be integral to maintaining the smooth operation of communal areas and properties.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role in Leasehold Block Management
Industry-related qualifications such as IRPM
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Minimum 2 years of property management experience
Requirements:
IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Confident in handling complaints and enquiries
Clean driving licence and access to a car
