This is a full-time, permanent position located in York. You'll enjoy a standard work week of 40.38hours, Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, early finish on a Friday 8.30am to 5pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.30am to 1pm. The salary ranges from £24,000 to £25,000. Let's talk about the role. It involves 1)As a Property Manager you will be dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure the properties are maintained.2)The role means every day is different as you will spend your days out and about visiting properties3)You will carry out regular internal and external inspections liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors whilst working as part of a team, developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
