VENN GROUP The specialists in professional temporary recruitmentProperty Manager Location: Exeter, DevonLength: Temp – Perm Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri Main responsibilities of the role:
Oversee the management of a specified estate portfolio and develop the strategic plan regarding the future management of that EstateEnsure adequate governance systems are in place to ensure statutory standards are being metEstablish a robust property data set to assist with property reviewsManage property issues raised during any due diligence and maintaining an associated risk registerHelp to identify building related cost savings and agreeing a plan to realise these savingsWork towards delivering and maintaining a fit for purpose estateSupport the corporate risk associated with the premises and serviceImplement and review the PPM and repair arrangements for each siteProduce and review compliance reports against KPI’s and present to committeesReview estates investment needs and manage schemes on siteSupport with Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC) and Premises Assurance Models (PAM) data collectionsReview service delivery and implement feedback mechanisms for staff and service usersProvide, receive and analyse complex information on estates management and site operations issuesEstablish and maintain good relationships and effective team working including supporting senior managers, Head of Estates and Facilities and Estates colleagues in order that the department is able to provide the full range of high quality estates services
Essential requirements:
You will have professional knowledge acquired through a Masters degree or equivalent post degree experience in the public or commercial property sectorExperience of the management of complex programmes of works including change managementProven record of budget management and financial controlHold a full, UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
