I am working with a high-quality housing association, looking for a Property Manager to support the local community for a 3-month contract with an immediate start.
Job Role:
You will be responsible for providing excellent property management services within the Housing Sector, including multi-occupancy and self-contained properties.
To support the allocation of rented accommodation – Issuing tenancy agreements, collecting payments, managing empty buildings and ensuring minimal rental loss
Support residents with any issues or queries that may arise
Book and monitor contractors’ performance when needed
Carry out property inspections to ensure no damage to the property
Building relationships with both residence and contractors
Assist the management team with policies, procedures and work practices to improve delivery.
Ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate will have experience working within Specialist Housing, and be able to deal with complaints whilst providing a high level of service.
