  • Coordinate the development of annual building service charge budgets and management accounts, collaborating with internal resources to ensure adherence to set timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and emergency procedures, fostering a safe environment for occupiers and staff.
  • Serve as the Responsible Person and Senior Fire Warden during emergencies, maintaining awareness of occupiers' obligations and preserving document integrity.
  • Oversee the upkeep of manuals, ensuring compliance and accurate recording of amendments.
  • Identify and address training, development, and welfare needs of building staff in alignment with company policies.
  • Procure building and contracted services proactively, following tender guidelines and maintaining service standards through regular monitoring and engagement with providers.
  • Ensure compliance of on-site laboratories with guidelines, and keep occupier guides and manuals updated with internal support.
  • Foster communication with occupier representatives in lab-enabled spaces to address operational overlaps resulting from research requirements.
  • Implement Fabric Management and Long-Term Costing initiatives.
  • Integrate organizational vision and values into all building services.
