Property Manager

Dove & Hawk are working in partnership with a Prime End residential property consultancy who are in the process of hiring an experienced Property Manager for their office in Chelsea. Dealing with Mid, Prime and Super Prime properties this role would suit someone with at least 3 years' experience within AST Management who is looking to join an independent firm where they have a voice and a say in how to provide a quality service to both landlords and tenants.
Duties/Functions of the Role:

• Conducting property visits, pre tenancy check-ins and end of tenancy check-outs, and take necessary actions based on findings.
• Coordinating and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance.
• Overseeing deposit returns.
• Collaborating with contractors and ensuring the successful execution of projects that meet/exceed the requirements of HNWI properties.
• Reporting and communicating with clients and tenants, with confidence, presenting recommendations and solutions.
• Maintaining accurate records of property and maintenance details on the CRM.
• Building lasting relationships with clients, tenants & contractors.

Requirements of the role:

• At least 3+ years' experience working within a Property Management role.
• Experience working with Prime Central London landlords and tenants.
• A desire to have a voice within a growing and reputable business.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and consult with clients.
• The mindset of a problem solver and project manager.
• A wanting to embrace new technology to streamline processes and increase service levels.
• ARLA qualification would be helpful but is not essential.

Salary Budgets: £37-42,000pa plus Bonus
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with 1-2 WFH days per week.
