What Does the Role Entail?

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring their smooth operation and compliance with regulations. Your duties will include organising maintenance tasks and liaising with landlords and engineers. You will also conduct property inspections and carry out compliance checks. With a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, growing to 400, you will work in Southend, Leigh on Sea, and Rochford, overseeing task-oriented responsibilities to maintain property standards and tenant satisfaction.

What Skills Will You Have?

Ideally, you will have prior experience in a similar role within the property sector, to give you an understanding of the demands of the industry. Your proven expertise in property management, including maintenance tasks, inspections, and compliance checks efficiently, will be essential to your success. Exceptional communication to interact effectively with clients, landlords, and subcontractors. As well as having strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities to manage various responsibilities simultaneously. A creative and innovative mindset, coupled with knowledge of relevant property policies and processes are qualities we value in the ideal candidate.
