Property Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000- £26,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 Hours a day
Location: Officed based, Liverpool City centre
I am recruiting for a well-known Liverpool-based estate agent and property management company. Who have become one of the leading agents in the city, having sold over 3,500 apartments and let thousands more.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Liverpool. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, and handling tenant inquiries and concerns. The Property Manager will also be responsible for overseeing property maintenance, coordinating repairs, managing critical safety inspections and completing the renewal of tenancy agreements.
Key Responsibilities as the property manager:



  • Manage properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet quality standards.

  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and address their concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.

  • Conduct critical safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe living environment for tenants.

  • Facilitate the renewal of tenancy agreements, negotiating terms as necessary to ensure mutual satisfaction.

  • Keep accurate records of property maintenance, tenant interactions, and financial transactions.



As the Property Manager you will have:



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with regulations.

  • Experience in property management, estate agency, or related fields is desirable but not essential.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently, taking initiative to resolve issues and improve processes.

  • Full driving License.
