Our client in Wellingborough is seeking an efficient Property Manager to join their small team.

Our client requires someone to work on a permanent full-time basis. This role requires someone who is open minded with a "can do" attitude that is willing to chip in and help the team. For this role you will be required to do property visits so will be 50% in the office and 50% on visits.

Duties and responsibilities for the Property Manager role include:

• Day to day management of large rental portfolio.
• Liaising with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors for any maintenance needs
• Ensuring all properties are always compliant.
• Carrying out all compliance checks for Pre-Tenancy and raising all required documentation
• Conducting property visits, check in inventories and end of tenancy final inspections.
• Manage all property related queries post moving in.

Skills and experience required for the Property Manager role:

• Previous lettings experience ideal but not essential.
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize effectively whilst working on own initiative and as part of a team.
• A proactive and positive attitude
• First class customer service.
• Good time keeping and diary management.
• Good understanding of IT.
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
