Property Manager

Dove and Hawk are working alongside this leading Independent Estate Agent based in Islington . They are looking for a Property Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking for a great career.
Duties -

• Managing small portfolio of roughly 45 properties
• Dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors to remedy issues
• Compliance management -GSC/EICR/EPC/RTR
• Booking of Inventory check in and check out
• Deposit deductions
• Arranging mid term inspections
• Lettings viewings
• Preparing particulars for lettings properties

Working Hours Monday to Friday and Saturday with a day off during the week. 43.15 Hours a Week
Salary - £25,000 - £32,000
