This established and forward thinking independent Estate and Letting Agents are now looking for a Property Manager who will assist in looking after a vast property portfolio.

Property Manager / Senior Property Manager�

• Dealing with all enquiries from Tenants and Landlords to ensure smooth and efficient running of the property portfolio


• You must be able to solve all problems for each landlord and not expect them to provide a solution


• Liaising and co-operating with relevant Lettings Negotiators on matters pertaining to the property portfolio

Property Manager / Senior Property Manager - Additional duties:

• Resolving all property related issues, providing efficient solutions to tenants and landlords


• Serving notices & liaising with solicitors


• Leaks (as can be too time consuming for reactive maintenance dept)


• Terminations


• Processing post (Service Charge & Ground rents)


• Inspections (zoom & in person), deposit returns & all LL & TT queries


• Any other ad-hoc or required related duties

Property Manager / Senior Property Manager - Skills Required:

• A calm, unflappable person, with strength of character (required when dealing with issues like return of deposits or repairs required to a property)


• Systematic approach with strong administrative skills


• Problem solver


• Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail


• Secretarial skills would help so that the applicant would be able to generate their own letters.

Property Manager / Senior Property Manager�

Packages are commensurate with experience:

• Property Manager package from �25,000 - �30,000


• Senior Property Manager package up to �35,000
