Multifunctional Property Manager
Every Property Manager will have their own portfolio, which may include a single building. In this role, your duties will be to oversee all aspects of operations, tenant relationships, and community management. The PM will be responsible for guiding tenants through every step of their journey. The PM will take responsibility for ensuring tenant satisfaction and will act as the primary representative throughout the tenant's journey. You will collaborate with other colleagues and external companies to provide services, and will be the main point of contact for tenants.

Responsibilities Lettings
You will be responsible for the letting’s inbox, to set up viewings.
Process: insert the data on Arthur and on Goodlord
You will work with the renewal team member to generate renewals.
You will have the best knowledge regarding each unit, the PM will advise the Head of Lettings about individual pricing.
Responsibilities Operations
You will coordinate and instruct the tenants regarding the check in.
Complaint issues will be handled by you.
You will have the contact details of crucial facility companies (for example elevators) to react fast in case a big maintenance issue in the building occurs.
Deposit ASAP once all costs (if there are any) are gathered and agreed by the tenant.
Inspection at the building to detect maintenance / cleaning issues.
Responsibilities Community
Work with all tenants, getting to know them personally, and making them feel at home.
Local community events within the existing building conditions.
Social interactions within the building.
