Property Manager (Italian Speaking)

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a niche independent estate agency based in Prime Central London. They are currently in the process of hiring an Italian speaking property manager to join the established team in their Chelsea office. This role will suit someone with excellent customer service skills who would like to manage a small but high quality portfolio of 50-60 Central London properties.
Duties/Functions of the role:

• Overseeing the day to day maintenance of 50-60 Central London properties.
• Assuring that regulations are adhered to and that recommendations are implemented across the portfolio.
• Assisting with the project management of major internal and external works.
• Dealing with landlord & tenants queries verbally and in written form.
• Circulating information to residents concerning management issues.
• Ensuring that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to a high standard.
• Liaising with local councils and government bodies and police to adhere to relevant regulations.
• Carrying out regular site visits to ensure all buildings are in good order.
• Ensuring that insurance claims are being processed efficiently and correctly.

Requirements of the role:

• At least 1+ years' experience working with an AST Property Management role.
• The ability to speak and write fluently in Italian & English. (ESSENTIAL)
• A positive approach to work and delivering high levels of customer service.
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft office).
• NO DRIVING LICENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.

Salary Budgets: £30-35,000pa
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (No weekend work required)
