Property Manager - Chelsea
Location: Central London
Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 depending on experience + discretionary bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Opportunity to work from home 1 - 2 days a week.

Our client, a leading residential search, acquisition and property management specialist, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team!
They are looking for an individual with a passion for property as well as property management, someone with a growth mindset who wants to strategically help improve and grow the business.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience as a Property or Portfolio Manager within Prime Central London. You need to have experience in dealing with luxury properties as well as high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy arrangements, inc. inventory checks, cleaning, maintenance, and safety compliance certificates
Preparing new tenant move in packs
Managing personal portfolio of tenancies, handling maintenance requests and repairs whilst liaising with the landlords and tenants
Arrange contractors to attend properties for maintenance requests and report back to the landlord
Diarise periodic inspections of the properties and arranging with the tenants
Oversee and arrange deposit disputes, deductions, and returns
Build strong working relationships with contractors to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction
Provide exemplary customer service to all parties at all times, upholding the company standards of care
Key Requirements:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Property or Portfolio Management within Prime Central London or equivalent
Experience in working within luxury property and with high-net-worth individuals
ARLA level 2 is desirable but not essential
Strong customer service capability
Impeccable attention to detail
Must be proactive, innovative and constantly seeking to improve and better processes.
Tech savvy and process driven
Enjoys working in a boutique environment and enjoys sharing ideas and working collaboratively.
Meticulous
Determination to grow and develop within the luxury property sector and property management
Proficient in MS Office Inc. Excel and Outlook
