Property Manager (Block/Leasehold Management)Cobalt have partnered with one of London’s most prestigious freeholder, who are looking for a residential block manager with strong leasehold knowledge to join the department and manage their own portfolio.As a block manager you will be looking after a medium-sized Central London portfolio, consisting of a mixed selection of property types. This company are in the fortunate position where they can allocate properties accordingly to match an individuals skillset.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing major works projects where necessaryMaintenance of the buildings and communal areasLiaising with contractors regarding maintenance and major worksSite visits to ensure good building conditionManaging onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenanceMaintaining health and safety regulations and legislationProducing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolioExperience managing a block management portfolio (please note this essential, applicants without this background will unfortunately be unsuccessful)Strong customer service and attention to detailExtensive knowledge of the section 20 process and dealing with major works projectsWhy this job is for you:Opportunity to join a client-side businessExceptional annual leave packageGood route for internal progressionGenuine autonomy in your day to day workWhether you are currently a property manager or an assistant property manager, our client is open to different levels of experience.If this position is of interest and you feel you would be a suitable candidate, then please apply online or contact Will Jacques on
