The role responsibilities will include:
Support Property Management portfolios
Check deal files are accurate and uploaded
Arrange pre and end of tenancy works
Ensure all compliance documents are up to date
Respond to queries promptly
Conduct property inspections
Liaise with contractors and tenants
Requirements:
Previous experience within a customer service based role, ideally within a corporate environment.
Customer service and procedure focused.
Ability to problem solve and have good attention to detail.
Eager to learn Property Management Legislation
Positive attitude
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
Strong organisational skills
Proficient in IT and data input
Willing to learn, improve and adapt
