Property Maintenance Estimating Quantity Surveyor

Our client specialise in providing building services to both commercial and residential properties.

Due to successful expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Estimating Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to join their busy offices

The Experienced Estimating Quantity Surveyor will join an already established Family run Building and Maintenance company working for several blue chip clients throughout North London and the Home Counties on both Domestic and Commercial properties. General scope of works include, M&E, Refurbishment works, Insurance repairs and Disability adaptation.

This role will involve Estimating and Surveying duties across different sectors of the construction industry from reactivate repairs to planned repairs and refurbishment contracts . You will be heavily involved with growing the work load of the business and assisting the Directors

As an Estimating Quantity Surveyor ou will need to show experience in preparing tenders and contract documents, to include bills of quantities, monthly valuations and management cost reports.

The Salary / Bonuses will be negotiated based on experience/ ability
