THE ROLE
- You will be joining a highly regarded Property Litigation team, working on a range of commercial and residential property disputes including:
- Assured/assured shorthold/regulated tenancies;
- ASB possessions;
- Ground rent and service charge recovery;
- 1954 Act lease renewals;
- Dilapidations;
- Rent reviews;
- Possessions;
- Forfeiture;
- Service charges;
- Telecommunications;
- Trespass issues; and
- FTT applications.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with Disputes Resolution experience, Property Litigation experience would be advantageous
- You will ideally have between 2-5 years PQE, although candidates with more or less experience are welcome to apply
