Property Litigation Solicitor

Our client is a Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked firm based in Manchester, currently looking to expand its property litigation offering with the addition of a new solicitor or associate to handle housing management and anti-social behaviour work.The role:
Manage a caseload of housing management and anti-social behaviour cases, caseload will also include residential cases such as rent recovery but you will be acting for housing associations and other residential landlordsAssisting junior members of staff with their caseloads where possibleCarry out business development and raise the profile of the business via networking events
The successful candidate:
Qualified solicitor ideally 3+ PQE.Good experience with housing management files ideally from a defendant background – strong claimant candidates will also be considered for this opportunityStrong prioritisation and time management skillsAn interest in the work and a commitment to streamlining processes.
