BCL is working with an entrepreneurial commercial firm recruiting a Solicitor to work alongside a recognised Partner handling property litigation matters. This is a popular firm with an excellent brand and culture.
The Role:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 PQE in real estate litigation
* Working alongside Partners recognised as leaders in real estate litigtion
* Opportunity to manage a varied caseload of high level property disputes including lease termination and renewal, debt & insolvency, guarantee claims, dilapidations, consents, residential and commercial possession, professional negligence, compulsory purchase and telecoms
* Impressive client list which includes longstanding North West clients as well as clients on a national scale
* Opportunity to participate in marketing and business development initiatives and build direct relationships with clients

Candidate Requirements:
* Solicitor 3 PQE+
