The role The firm are seeking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor, 2+ years PQE, into their Guildford, Surrey office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property Litigation, and some experience with Insolvency matters. The team is experienced throughout landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes and land rights. You will be undertaking a caseload consisting of MNW/HNW work, giving you fantastic caseload exposure within one of the region's most reputable firms. You will be joining a legal 500 ranked firm / department pushing the reputation of the practice to its full potential.
