Job Description The Property Litigation Solicitor will work closely with the Partners in the team and you can expect to get involved in a range of work and responsibilities including;Dealing with a caseload of commercial property disputes workActing for a range of clients from PLC's to banks and large developersSupporting the team on business developmentKeeping up to date in changes in legislation Dealing with claims from instruction through to settlementGetting involved in various forms of Litigation including ADR The Successful Applicant The successful Property Litigation Solicitor should have;Strong academicsLikely to have trained with a reputable law firm and completed a seat in Property Litigation and qualified in this areaTies to LeedsConfidence to run your own caseload of Property disputes workA desire to work for a large law firmThe ability to work well in a team What's on Offer Salary is dependent on experience but between £62,000 -£72,000Bonus schemePension 5%Health careOpportunities for secondments and sabbaticalsFlexible working
