What will you do?
Work directly with a supportive & established PartnerAdvise on a range of property disputes related to social landlord and housing management issuesDefend disrepair claims and statutory nuisance claimsDay to day management of a small team of paralegals and junior lawyers within the team
What will you need?
To be coming up to qualification as a solicitor or legal executive OR with up to 3 years litigation experienceProperty litigation experience from your training contract or pre/post experienceIdeally social housing litigation experience, although this is not essentialA willingness for continued learning & professional development
