Some examples of specific matters include residential mediations, arbitrations and more general disputed litigation matters.The ideal solicitor will have at least 1 year PQE, with strong client care skills, the ability to work as a team player and someone who has experience in managing a similar case load (i.e. High quality commercial litigation in the high court of leading arbitration bodies).
