Our client is a highly reputable, commercial law firm who are seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Solicitor (1-5 PQE) to join their team in Manchester.The successful candidate will work closely with the team on a diverse caseload, advising a range of clients including landlords, tenants, banks, insolvency practitioners, and developers.Providing expert advice and representation on a broad spectrum of property litigation matters, including but not limited to:Lease termination and renewalsDebt and insolvencyGuarantee claimsDilapidationsConsentsResidential and commercial possessionCompulsory purchaseThe successful candidate will be a UK qualified Solicitor with experience in acting on commercial property litigation matters, ideally with 1-5 years of PQE.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced team and to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment and firm culture.
