Property Litigation Solicitor 5+ PQELocation: BristolTOP 25 UK LAW FIRMThis top 25 UK Law firm is expanding. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to join this outstanding top tier Property Litigation team.Within this role you would be advising a broad range of clients including but not limited to Landlord and Tenants (nationally), quasi-public sector bodies, developers and investors and FTSE 250 household names.The sectors the team covers include telecoms, retail, energy, local and central government, charities and transport and infrastructure. You would be responsible for advising clients on contentious property matters including general property issues, electronic communications code, L&T (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices) and others such as adverse possession, easements, and title disputes.The ideal candidate will be an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor with impressive technical legal knowledge of litigious property matters. An individual who is confident when dealing with clients and has strong business development skills.This is an exciting opportunity to join a top tier team and work closely with a high calibre client list. The reason for the vacancy is due to continued client wins. A following is not required as this position will be unlocking work that has been presented and so there is a case load of high-quality matters available with a number of large named clients.
