This opportunity offers a competitive salary, flexible working and a generous holiday allowance.The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be joining a successful team and have the opportunity to learn from a highly experienced and well-regarded Partner.The RoleYou will be advising both individual and corporate clients from small home owners to large landownersThe successful candidate will be dealing with various and complex property disputesYou will be advising on matters including, but not limited to, landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidation claims, sale and purchase disputes, service charges, lease extensions, renewals and enfranchisement, possession claims, boundary disputes, asset-based disputes and forfeitureYou will be confidently managing your own caseloadAbout youThe successful candidate will be a UK qualified Solicitor who has at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in Property Litigation.You will also be a great team player, have a good eye for detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and client focus.The firmThis well-regarded Legal 500 firm with specialist teams of lawyers is well regarded in Cardiff and beyond.
