Property Litigation Senior Associate

A leading national law firm are seeking a senior property litigation associate to join their Birmingham office.
You will advise on a broad range of real estate disputes including disputes regarding restrictive covenants and easements for site disposals, 1954 Act claims, dilapidation disputes and recovery of arrears from tenants. You will focus on clients in the healthcare, social housing and local government sectors and work will predominantly be of a commercial nature and you will also be involved in areas such as judicial review, statutory lease extensions and managing commercial tenancies.
You will also advise on partnership disputes although experience in this area is not essential.
The team are open to candidates who wish to work remotely and potentially travel once a week or fortnight to the Birmingham office. You will also work closely with the firm's London team.
