A leading law firm are seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal to join their renowned top ranking Litigation team on an initial 6M FTC with scope to extend in London.

The Team (Tier 1, Legal 500 Ranked):
The team works with high-net-worth individuals, The Crown Estate, institutional investors and funds, private estates and major retail tenants and offices.
Your New Role:
Duties include but not limited to:
Supporting a successful team on a wide range of real estate disputes.
Drafting court proceedings, witness statements and affidavits.
Negotiating settlements with opposing parties.
Preparing court bundles and liaise with Court prior to trails.
Supporting the wider Dispute Resolution & Litigation team.
About You:
Strong academics including law degree or equivalent qualification, completed LPC desired.
Previous Property Litigation Paralegal experience is essential.
Previous experience dealing with trail preparation.
Have a genuine interest in Property Law.
