The RoleThe property litigation team works for a range of clients which include some of the largest institutional landlords in the country; household name tenant occupiers; international commercial developers; major PLC residential developers; renewable energy investors and student accommodation providers.The team handles cases at all levels of the Court system, as well as before Tribunals and arbitration panels.
